Message Summary

The Bookings Application has now been added to five more app setup policy packages in Teams:

  1. Frontline Worker
  2. Frontline Manager
  3. Healthcare Information Worker
  4. Small Medium Business – No Business Voice
  5. Public Safety Officer

If a user is assigned one of the policies listed above, they no longer need to search for the Bookings app within the Teams app store. Bookings will instead be included as one of the default applications that appears on the left-hand rail in Teams.

Bookings will be included as one of the default applications for users assigned one of the app setup policies listed above.

What you need to do to prepare:

In order to view and/or adjust the pinned apps included in each policy, select “Teams Apps”, then “Setup policies” in the Microsoft Teams Admin Center.
