Message Summary

You can now configure the availability of attendance report on Teams Mobile for users in your tenant, who can check attendance information for regular meetings or webinars and also the registration information before webinars on Microsoft Teams for Android and iOS as they can do on desktop today.

This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 97466

When this will happen:

Standard Release (if applicable): We will begin rolling out mid-August and expect to complete by early September.

How this will affect your organization:

The existing “Allow engagement report” for Teams Desktop will now also apply to Teams Mobile so you can configure the availability of attendance report for your tenant.

If attendance report is enabled, users will see Attendance in Meeting Ended message in Meeting Chat or Attendance under Meeting Chat More tab.

What you need to do to prepare:

You can choose to enable or disable attendance report via “Allow engagement report” policy.
