Technical Bulletin MC442077 · Published Oct 4, 2022

Message Summary

We have maintenance planned for the Power Platform admin center and Lifecycle Services, which will impact the creation of support cases during the maintenance window, as we perform infrastructure changes.

Maintenance window start: 8 October 2022, 15:00 UTC
Maintenance window end: 8 October 2022, 23:00 UTC

During this window, ticket creation will be unavailable for an hour, but we are unable to provide an exact timeframe at this time.

How does this affect me?
During the maintenance window, you may encounter an error when attempting to create a support case using the Power Platform admin center or in the Lifecycle Services portal. All other aspects of the Help + Support page, as well as other areas of the Power Platform admin center and the Lifecycle Services portal will remain functional during the maintenance window.

What action do I need to take?
Please communicate this maintenance window to users in your organization responsible for creating support cases. If one of those users attempts to submit a case and receives an error, please wait for the end of the maintenance window and attempt to create the case again. For critical cases that need immediate support, please call Customer Support.
