Message Summary

Updated February 2, 2023: We have updated the rollout timeline below. Thank you for your patience.

The OneNote In-App Support feature will be available on the Windows platform soon! Users who encounter issues within OneNote can communicate with a support team directly using the messaging support feature.

When this will happen:

We will begin rollout in late February (previously late January) and expect to complete rollout by mid-March (previously mid-February).

How this will affect your organization:

The in-app support feature will be accessible to all OneNote users. However, only the admins of a commercial organization, admins of an educational organization and Teachers will be connected to a support agent. All non-admins of commercial organization, educational organization will not be connected to a live support agent but can leave feedback about issues experienced related to OneNote.
