We have made updates to the Shared> Shared with you experience that lives in the left nav on OneDrive Web to make it easier for users to quickly get back to shared content. The refreshed OneDrive Shared with you view will enable users to find files and folders shared with them over email, chats, and meetings all in one place. In addition, users can identify updates to files by using the activity column, as well as leverage filter pills to easily find files.

When this will happen:

Targeted Release: We will begin rolling out in late February 2023 and expect to complete by mid-March 2023.

Standard Release: We will begin rolling out in mid-March and expect to complete by mid-April 2023.

How this will affect your organization:

The refreshed OneDrive Shared with you view will enable users to find files and folders shared with them over email, chats, and meetings all in one place. In addition, users can identify updates to files by using the activity column, as well as leverage filter pills to easily find files.
