Until now, we only allowed Viva Engage users to add guests from within the same geo their network is on (Europe or North America).
We are excited to announce the support for Cross Geo B2B guest access will soon go live!
When this will happen:
Preview: We will begin rolling out early March 2023 and expect to complete by early April 2023.
Standard Release: We will begin rolling out early April 2023.
How this will affect your organization:
Viva Engage community admins will be able to invite cross geo B2B guests to their communities. If they do not want the cross-geo guest access to be enabled for their Viva Engage network, they can make the requisite updates to manage external guest access by following this guide.
