Message Summary
The new Admin app in Microsoft Teams is now available from the Teams app store. Users with Global Admin role in organizations with 25 seats and under will begin to see the app pre-pinned in their Teams client (automatically show up in the left navigation bar of Teams).
The Admin app enables you to discover and use helpful features, update most frequently used settings, and perform core management tasks across Teams and Microsoft 365 without having to go to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
When this will happen
The app is now available to download from the Microsoft Teams app store. The pre-pinning experience will be rolled out gradually beginning in April and be completed within the next few months.

The Admin app is a Microsoft application provided in the Microsoft Teams app store. While the app is generally discoverable by all users in the App Store, only users with administrative rights can use the app. Similar to managing any access/restriction, the Admin app can be allowed for some users (admin personas) while being blocked for other users. Manage the app in the Teams admin center using the Manage Apps or the App Permission Policies features.
What you need to do to prepare
