We are releasing a new feature that will allow Microsoft Forms creators the capability to allow form/quiz respondents to edit their responses after submission. Once enabled, form/quiz respondents can edit their responses if the form/quiz is open to fill. The answers cannot be accessed if the form/quiz is closed or removed.

This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 124819

When this will happen:

Standard Release: We will begin rolling out in early May 2023 and expect to complete rollout by late May 2023.

How this will affect your organization:

Admins have the option to enable this feature for your organization. If enabled, this feature is an option for form owners to choose from and the default will be OFF for form owners if form owners do not want respondents to edit their responses after submission.
