We’re making some changes to the IP lists that need to be added to the allowed list (whitelist) in your organization.

When this will happen:

On January 23, 2024, we’re updating the IPs listed in Network requirements.

These changes will go into effect late February 2024. 

How this will affect your organization:

You are receiving this message as you have a product that requires these IPs whitelisted to ensure the proper running of our service. Failure to update the allowed list (whitelist) in your organization, could result in degradation of service.

What you need to do to prepare:

Review the updated list of allowed IP addresses (Network requirements) and make changes as appropriate for your organization.
