Message Summary

We will soon enable a centralized location in both Teams Admin Center and the Teams app store, where admins and end-users can view and manage all the third-party app subscriptions they’ve purchased. This update improves the existing subscription management flow and makes it easier and more intuitive.

This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap IDs 92484 and 95920.

When will this happen:

This feature is expected to be launched by August end.

How this will affect your organization:

Subscribers of third-party Teams applications will be able to view and manage all their subscriptions from a convenient, centralized location (Teams App Store for end-users and Teams Admin Center for Teams Admins).

Teams Admin Center

Admins will soon have a single place to view all app subscriptions they’ve purchased from Teams Admin Center. They can also initiate actions like buy additional licenses, change plans, and update payment method and be directed to the right page in Microsoft Admin Center to complete each action. To use this new feature, navigate to Teams Apps > Manage apps > Subscriptions.
