We are pleased to announce that Microsoft Search Answer Analytics will soon be available in the Microsoft 365 Search & Intelligence Admin Center.

This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 124910

When this will happen:

Rollout begins in mid-August 2023 and is expected to be complete by late August 2023.

How this will affect your organization:

Microsoft Search Answer analytics reports gives you more insight into how your editorial answers, such as, Bookmarks, Acronyms and Q&A are performing within your organization.

The reports in this release include editorial answer impressions, bookmark answer clicks, average click rate for bookmarks, average impressions for Acronyms and Q&A in addition to individual item level impression, query term analytics for bookmarks, acronyms and Q&A.  

Please note that in this release, there are some tenants that are excluded. For more information on verifying if your tenant is eligible for this release, refer to the note section in the Answer Analytics documentation. 

What you need to do to prepare:

This capability will enable search analytics in the Search & Intelligence Admin Center and will be added automatically. No preparation is needed.
