Message Summary

We are introducing feature access management in Viva Learning for admin features. Global Admin and Knowledge Admin can delegate admin feature access to non-admin users via M365 groups.

When this will happen:

Targeted Release: We will begin rolling out mid-July to existing Viva Learning EAP customers. 

Standard Release: We will begin rolling out late July. 

How this will affect your organization:

Admins can delegate access for managing Viva Learning admin tab features to non-admin users.

What you need to do to prepare:

There is no action needed to prepare for this change. You may want to notify your users about this change and update any relevant documentation as appropriate.
