Summary

Microsoft Viva Pulse Admin Led Trial is now available in the Microsoft Admin Center. Admin trials offer 25 users in an organization access to Viva Pulse for 30 days. The trial will be live worldwide in mid-March 2024. To activate the trial, the Microsoft 365 Global Admin or the Billing Admin can assign licenses and inform trial users to access Viva Pulse through Microsoft Teams or the web browser. Details

The Microsoft Viva Pulse Admin Led Trial is now available in the Microsoft Admin Center. This trial was previously promo code protected. However, going forward, all Viva Pulse admins can discover the trial in the Microsoft Admin Center and set up the trial for their organization. Admin trials offer 25 users in your organization access to Viva Pulse for 30 days.

When this will happen:

Worldwide: The Viva Pulse Admin Led Trial will be live in the Microsoft Admin Center in mid-March 2024.

How this will affect your organization:

This update will not change your experience or impact any other parts of your Viva experience or Microsoft Admin Center. 

What you need to do to prepare:

To get started:

  1. The Microsoft 365 Global Admin or the Billing Admin can activate the trial and assign licenses.
  2. When you initiate a trial, you need to:
    1. Assign licenses to the relevant users.
    2. Inform the trial users to access Viva Pulse by adding and opening the Viva Pulse app on Microsoft Teams or by visiting Viva Pulse in the web browser.
