Message Summary

The Who bot within Teams was designed to help you find information about anyone in your organization. As we are working to improve the functionality delivered in this feature and provide a better user experience the current version of the Who bot will be retired. This functionality will transition to Microsoft Copilot in the future.

When this will happen:

We will implement this change in mid-December 2023.

How this affects your organization:

The Who bot will no longer return results once this change is implemented. Currently users who use the Who bot will see messaging stating it will soon be retired.

What you can do to prepare:

You may consider updating your training and documentation as appropriate.
