Viva Learning is an enterprise learning and training experience that acts as a one-step solution for all the learning needs of your organization. If your enterprise is already using Viva Learning, admins will notice a change in the appearance of the Admin tab in Viva Learning.

This new capability allows the Admin tab to act as a toolbox for admins to manage the learning requirements for their organization. The new Admin tab, which will have a Feature set capability, will be released on September 16, 2022. New admin capabilities for Viva Learning will continue being released going forward.

When this will happen:

Standard Release: This feature will begin rolling out mid-September and complete late September. 

How this will affect your organization:

If your organization is using Viva Learning, admins will notice changes in the appearance of the Admin tab in Viva Learning. There will be no change in the functionalities of underlying features.

What you need to do to prepare:

You do not need anything to prepare. To learn more about how to use the Feature set functionality available on the Admin tab, refer to the Viva Learning documentation.
