Microsoft Exchange Curtain Reveal Tech Bulletin Header

From Microsoft Corporation
Technical Bulletin MC299402 · Published Nov 19, 2021

Message Summary

In September 2021 we announced that My Analytics and Workplace Analytics services are becoming part of the Microsoft Viva brand, via MC282545. As part of our continued effort to streamline our Service health communications, service incidents and advisories will be published under the ‘Microsoft Viva’ service listing. Additionally, the ‘Microsoft Workplace Analytics’ service listing will be removed, and all future incidents and advisories will be communicated under ‘Microsoft Viva’.

When this will happen:

We will begin rolling this out in mid-December and expect to complete by late December.

How this will affect your organization:

As a first step, administrators looking for Service health information related to Viva Topics, Viva Insights, Viva Connections, and Viva Learning should look under the ‘Microsoft Viva’ service listing within Service health, in Microsoft 365 admin center.
