Message Summary

Adoption Score is available as a capability within the Microsoft 365 admin center to help organizations get the most out of their investment in Microsoft 365. We are releasing new Meetings insights within the Adoption Score people experiences category which shows insights into recommended practices across the meeting experience, from set-up to the meeting itself, to the critical post meeting follow-up.

This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 98170

When this will happen:

We will begin rolling out these changes in mid-November and expect rollout to completed by mid-December.

How this will affect your organization:

Adoption Score can be found under Reports in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and Global admins must approve both Adoption Score and the people experiences category to see meeting insights.

The scoring framework for meetings in Adoption score will be updated from a single primary insight to an aggregate score across the meeting experience. As a result, organizations should expect their meeting score to change.

What you need to do to prepare:

You may want to notify your customers and update any relevant training documentation as appropriate. To understand more about how the meeting score will change, review the updated meetings documentation here.
