Microsoft Exchange Curtain Reveal Tech Bulletin Header

Exchange Online, SharePoint Development Services

Message Summary

We are releasing an update to the current RSVP user experience in Outlook on the web.

This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 93326

When this will happen:

Targeted release – we will begin rollout in late July.

WW – we will begin rollout in late July and expect rollout to be completed by early August.

How this will affect your organization:

When users click on “Yes/Maybe/No“, instead of completing the RSVP workflow, the dialog box will expand and give users more options before completing the workflow. Users can review options such as “email organizer” before sending the final response.

What you need to do to prepare:

There is nothing you need to do to prepare for this change as this update will happen automatically for those using Outlook on the Web. You may want to notify your users about this change and update your training and documentation as appropriate.
