Message Summary

We have been actively working on enriching our Viva Connections platform and are pleased to announce that we will soon introduce Dark Mode support for Quick Views on both iOS and Android devices.

When this will happen:

Rollout will begin in early November 2023 and is expected to be complete by mid-November 2023.

How this will affect your organization:

To further assist, we have created a comprehensive tutorial, ‘Making your Quick View compatible with Dark Mode in Mobile.’ This step-by-step guide will walk you through the process of updating your Quick Views to be compatible with both light and dark themes. We believe this enhancement will provide your users with an immersive and pleasant experience.

As part of this update, you will have the opportunity to test your existing card Quick Views in Dark Mode. We encourage you to do so to ensure a seamless transition and an impressive user interface, regardless of the theme preference.

Note: Dark Mode support enhancement will be available exclusively for Viva Connections Mobile on iOS and Android. 

What you need to do to prepare:

This Feature in Viva Connection Mobile will be enabled for early adopter in Teams Beta Channel. Please visit this link for more information
