Technical Bulletin MC444987 · Published Oct 10, 2022

Message Summary

We will be retiring support for iOS 13 and MacOS 10.14 on the To Do iOS and Mac apps respectively. We recommend upgrading to version 14 and above for iOS and 10.15 and above for MacOS to continue using the To Do application on your device. If automatic upgrades are not set up on your device, then instructions to upgrade can be found here for iOS and here for MacOS.

When this will happen:

This change will go into effect mid-November.

How this will affect your organization:

Users in your organization who are on iOS 13 and MacOS 10.14 and below will no longer be able to use the To Do app without upgrading to higher versions (14 and above for iOS and 10.15 and above for Mac).

What you need to do to prepare:

Please ensure you are on To Do compatible versions on both iOS and MacOS so you can continue using To Do for all your task management needs. Please visit this page for system requirements for To Do apps.
