Technical Bulletin MC305463 · Published Dec 15, 2021

Message Summary

Roaming Signatures in Outlook for Windows, originally announced in MC215017 June ’20, has been delayed while we work on further stabilization. We apologize for the delay and will communicate via Message center when we are ready to proceed.

The Microsoft 365 Roadmap (60371) has been updated to reflect this change.

How this will affect your organization:

Roaming signatures will not be available in Current Channel and Current Channel (Preview) builds of Outlook while we continue to work on the feature.

What you need to do to prepare:

Update any internal user training and documentation with regards to Roaming Signatures availability.
