Message Summary

Microsoft 365 support integration app for ServiceNow, enables you to integrate Microsoft 365 service health and support with ServiceNow. You can research Microsoft known and reported issues, resolve incidents, and complete tasks using Microsoft recommended solutions and if necessary, escalate to Microsoft support agents.

In the latest update (version 2.1) to the app, we have introduced a feature that allows customers to configure the app to create ServiceNow incidents whenever Microsoft generates a service health incident.

When this will happen:

Version 2.1 of the Microsoft 365 support integration has been made available as of February 1, 2023.

How this will affect your organization:

Updating to this latest version will allow you to configure the app so that ServiceNow incidents are automatically created for any corresponding service health incidents generated by Microsoft.

Learn how to configure service health incidents for your ServiceNow instance here.

What you need to do to prepare:

You will need to update the latest version of the app (v2.1) and configure the new settings in your ServiceNow environment.

Learn more about the app here.
