Microsoft 365 Curtain Reveal Tech Bulletin Header

From Microsoft Corporation
Technical Bulletin MC301300 · Published Dec 2, 2021

Message Summary

Update: Outlook on the web will soon be rolling out suggested replies to customers in Outlook for Office.

Note: Due to some issues that presented themselves prior to rollout, we paused our planned release until now. Your patience and understanding is appreciated.

This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 70802.

When this will happen:

We expect this rollout to begin in early December (previously June) and be completed by early January 2022 (previously July).

How this will affect your organization:

Suggested replies are short email responses that appear at the bottom of an email message. When your users receive a message in email that can be answered with a short response, Outlook will suggest three responses that they can use to reply with a couple of clicks while always having the option to keep editing until they click or tap on “send”.

What you need to do to prepare:

You might want to notify your users about this new capability and update your training and documentation as appropriate.
