Updated June 1, 2023: We have updated the rollout timeline below. Thank you for your patience.

We’ve enhanced the ability to discretely track each individual Connect & Disconnect when multiple Organizers or multiple Guests join a Microsoft Teams EHR Connector visit via Teams.

When this will happen:

Preview: We will begin rolling out in mid-June (previously early May) and complete by late June (previously mid-May).

Targeted Release: We will begin rolling out in late June (previously mid-May) and complete by mid-July (previously late May).

Standard Release: We will begin rolling out in mid-July (previously late May) and complete by early August (previously early June).

How this will affect your organization:

No changes needed from customer to use this update. This will enhance reporting on which Patients connected and disconnected when there are multiple Patients and/or Organizers in a session.

What you need to do to prepare:

No preparation needed.
