Message Summary

Updated February 8, 2023: We have updated the content below to show as intended. Thank you for your feedback.

We will be retiring some Microsoft Teams connector apps (or Microsoft 365 connectors) starting March 2023. The list of retiring apps is available in the below documentation:

  1. Considerations when using Connectors in Teams
  2. Connect apps to your inbox in Outlook on the web

When this will happen:

The retirement will begin in mid-March, and we expect to complete by mid-April.

How will this affect your organization:

If your organization is using any of the retiring Microsoft Teams connectors, the configured connectors will stop publishing new messages on the respective Teams channel. The retiring connectors will also not be available for new configuration in Microsoft Teams.

What you need to do to prepare:

You can request your users to stop using the retiring connector apps.
