When this will happen:

We expect this release to begin in early January (previously mid-November) and expect the rollout to be completed by late January (previously early December).

How this will affect your organization:

Transcription capabilities will be available to capture the text version of your Call and save it for later use. This can be enabled via the control bar within the Call window.

What you need to do to prepare:

No action required but you may want to update your documentation as needed.
